Ingredients: Half kg sesame seeds, bhuna chana half kg, half kg jiggery, peanuts 250 gms, 125 gm almonds.
Roast sesame and add syrup of jiggery & rest of the ingredients. When it gets cool then grind it, save this powder.
Method of use: Eat 2 tbsp with milk in morning before eating anything. It is a very good tonic for winter season. It saves you from physical pains, cold, cold hands and feet, frequent urination & also strengths nerves.(Muhammad Azam Tariq )
